Conditions of Hire:
Penty an Vre, Honeysuckle Cottage and Barn Cottage are hired on the basis that they are used for holidays only and that no rights to remain in the properties exist for the holidaymaker or any person accompanying.
A deposit of £50.00 per week should accompany the booking form and the balance of the rental is due 4 weeks before the start of your holiday. Rent must be paid in Pounds Sterling. Bookings made less than 4 weeks before arrival should be accompanied by the full rental. Deposits are strictly non-refundable. If a cancellation occurs after the balance has been paid then guests are liable for the full amount unless the property can be re-let. Every endeavour will be made to re-let the property. Holidaymakers are strongly advised to take out insurance against cancellation. The hire of each cottage is from Saturday to Saturday.
Towels are available for hire at a cost of £5 per person per week and must be requested at time of booking.
A travel cot (linen not supplied) and high chair are available if requested at time of booking.
Clifford House cottages are now non-smoking cottages.
No dog is to be left unattended at any time and any damage must be paid for.
For Honeysuckle and Barn cottages you may arrive from 2pm and must vacate by 9.30am. Slot meter supplies electricity in both cottages. Bed linen is supplied free of charge.
For Penty an Vre you may arrive from 3.30pm and must vacate the cottage by 10.30am. Electricity and bed linen are included in the price.
